Submitting Work for Consideration

So, you’ve finished your manuscript, now what? It never hurts to read through your work one last time, but, ultimately, you must submit your work for publication consideration. Does the manuscript need to be perfect to submit it? It should be as good as it can be, but perfect, no. It is the story that will determine whether or not we are interested in publishing your manuscript. Yes, sloppiness and errors will reflect poorly on your submission. However, a small number of errors likely will not cause a rejection. Our reviewers can see past those, but a manuscript riddled with errors almost always will be rejected regardless of the story as it indicates either the work or the author is not ready for publication.

Before submitting your work to Tin Whiskers Publisher, read our author guidelines and look at the sample submission. Please follow the guidelines. Doing so makes it easier to evaluate your manuscript. While that does not guarantee your manuscript will be accepted, following the guidelines gets the evaluation off on the right foot. Our resource page for authors also provides the e-mail address for submitting work. However, we only accept submissions during our open submissions period. Follow this blog or Twitter for the announcement of open submissions. Generally, this is in the last quarter of the calendar year.
